Apple Ginger Cheesecake Parfait

High protein, easy to assemble and unbelievably delectable.

  • 2 cups 2% cottage cheese
  • ½ cup Greek lemon yogurt 6% or higher
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup crushed ginger snap cookies
  • ½ cup crushed Martins Nothin’ but Apple Crispy Apple Chips

Blend yogurt, cottage cheese and protein powder with an immersion blender until silky smooth. Combine ginger snaps and Apple Chips. Alternate layers of the cheesecake mixture and the crunchy ginger snap cookies and Apple Chips and garnish with a whole Apple Chip.
