These mini one-bite wonders boast the classic combination of apple and caramel. Decadent white chocolate paired with Martin’s Crispy Apple Chips makes these delightful treats, almost guilt-free!
Add dates, vanilla, salt and almond butter into a small food processor or blend with a hand blender. Blend until you achieve a thick caramel puree consistency. You may need to loosen the mixture by adding a tsp or two of water. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 20-second increments stirring in between. Spoon 1 – 2 teaspoons of melted white chocolate into 8 small candy cups. Sprinkle crushed apple chips into each cup, spoon ½ tsp of date caramel into each cup, top with melted white chocolate and garnish with a half ring of crispy apple chip! Freeze for 15 minutes and then keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
