Crimson Crisp

A newer apple, the Crimson Crisp is a recent addition to our Orchard Market line up. This is a vividly red apple with crispness in each bite, allowing it to easily live up to its name. It has a firm, almost hard flesh and a complex spicy flavour that is sure to please tart apple lovers. It is easy on the eyes, pleasing to the palate, and, like most late harvest apples, stores magnificently. It can be used in baking and salads.
