With a delicately perfumed flavour and smooth, pink–blushed skin, this super sweet, juicy apple is truly worthy of its name — “food of the gods”. A delight to all senses, this relatively new and exciting apple hails from British Columbia where it was discovered as a chance seedling. Around here, it is indeed a poorly kept secret that the Ambrosia has become a huge favourite of the Martin Family! Over the last decade we have been devoting a lot of space in our orchards to grow this variety as its popularity soars. Ambrosia apples are firm, crisp and will store quite well in your fridge — that is, if you don’t eat them all on the way home.
