Apple Chips with Beet Hummus Dip

We love our healthy apple chip vessels for hummus.

  • 4 – 6 servings

It doesn’t get any better than our apple chips dipped into a harvest favourite –beets!

  • 1 can chickpeas drained
  • 1 cooked beet cubed
  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. If the mixture is too dry, add 1 -2 tbsp of cold water and continue blending until you get your desired consistency. Garnish with a drizzle of your favourite olive oil and some pepitas for contrasting colour.
