• 2 Ambrosia apples, cut into wedges
• 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
• 4 tbsp chopped walnuts
• 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
• 2 tsp dried cranberries
• 4 tsp honey
• 2 tsp flaxseed
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
In a small bowl, combine the apple and lemon juice.
Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
Chill until serving.
