In a large resealable bag; combine the first four ingredients. Add pork chops, one at a time; toss to coat. Set remaining flour mixture aside.
In a large skillet, sauté chops until golden; transfer to a greased 13″x 9″ baking dish. In same skillet, sauté onions, peppers and mushrooms, adding more butter if needed.
Stir in reserved flour mixture; gradually add milk.
Bring to boil; cook and stir until it thickens. Remove from heat; add lemon juice. Pour over chops.
Cover and bake at 350℉ for 50 – 60 minutes until tender. Serve with mashed potatoes.
