Grilled Peppers with Feta

Grilled Peppers with Feta

«Tenille, one of my grade one students, chose this dish when her family invited me to their house for dinner. It is one of Tenille’s favourite dishes and has become one of mine as well. This makes an attractive and tasty side dish served with chicken and rice. Cut the peppers in wedges and it would make a nice appetizer as well.»
