Rhubarb Slush

Serve this sparkling beauty in a punch bowl with sliced fresh strawberries floating on top. Perfect for a spring party!

20 cups rhubarb

12 cups water

12 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate

12 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate

6 oz. red gelatin powder

4. cups sugar

48 oz. can pineapple juice

Ginger ale, 7-Up, or Squirt

Cook rhubarb and water over medium heat until tender; strain and reserve juice. Discard pulp. Add orange juice, lemonade, gelatin, sugar, and pineapple juice. Pour into containers and freeze. When partially frozen stir and return to freezer. Serve slush in glasses with soda.
